Much like Employee, Asset and Desk panels, custom fields can be added to bookings. These fields can be used to collect and provide additional information about bookings beyond just the desk name and booking time.
Note: To edit fields, the logged in user must be part of a security group with Edit Fields rights enabled.
1. Select any available desk to display the Booking Details form.
2. Select the Edit Fields link at the bottom of the booking panel.
3. From the top toolbar, select the Add button.
4. new field will be placed at the bottom of the list. Type a name for the field, then select the field type from the dropdown menu,
5. Click the Save button to save any changes.

4. From the top toolbar, select the Delete button.
5. Confirm deletion of the field.
Note: The following fields are core fields and can not be deleted.

3. Select the field you'd like to edit.
4. Edit the visibility of a field by toggling the visiblity icon.
5. Edit the name of a custom field by clicking the name, then editing the text. .
6. Click the Save button to save any changes.
